Zoo Animals
Inquiry:
The zoo usually fascinates
children and the animal live there. Zoo Animals theme is the appropriate theme
to introduce to the children about zoo and it is a great way to develop an
appreciation and respect for animal life and the rules/do’s and don’ts in the
zoo.
In this week’s theme, children learned about zoo and the animals that are found in the zoo. Moreover, they also learned the importance on how to behave and follow the rules in the zoo for their own safety and for the animals as well.
The students also learned about the needs of zoo animals and who tends and cares for their needs. Another words added on their vocabulary, zookeeper and vet.

Exploration: Letter Kk
Our letter of the week is
Kk. Kk is for key, kiss and kite.
Math: In Math, we learned about
opposites. We also started learning about pattern which would be our focus next
week.
