Week 7: Seasons (Spring)

This week, students learned about the different seasons of the year, particularly Spring.
今週は「四季」について学びました。
中でも「春」についてじっくり学びました。

Spring is the season of optimism, joy and happiness. It is the time when we bid goodbye to winter and welcome summer.
春は気持ちがウキウキして楽しく、幸せな季節です。春は冬にさよならを告げ、夏を迎える季節です。

Students made a craft and used one finger to paint the Sakura tree.
指先を使って桜の木のクラフトを製作しました。

Moreover, we talked about different kinds of seeds and students sorted the seeds according to its fruit. And lastly, we watched a video about “Growing Plants” and we had our seed planting.
色々な「種」について話をしました。果物の種類に応じて、種を仕分けしました。最後に、「Growing Plants（植物の育ち方）」のビデオを見て、種まきをしました。

Language Exploration: Letter Dd
英語の時間

Our letter of the week is Dd. Dd is for dog, door and drum

今週のアルファベットは「Dd」です。dog, door, drumなど

Math:
算数

We focused on counting 1-10. Counting blocks and match with the number.
1-10までの数字を数えました。ブロックを数え、数字とあわせました。

Next week, we will talk about Summer and we will focus on Letter Ee.
来週の学習テーマは「夏」です。
英語の時間には「Ee」について学びます。
